We believe that learning starts with comfort, if you’re scared or embarrassed or insecure about your surroundings you will have trouble engaging in learning. We strive to keep everything comfortable, and help you whether you are a first time rider or someone recovering from an accident or just someone who is a little timid. We have all been there and we are here to help you better understand your horse. So that your horse can better understand you. And through all of this improve your relationship and your communication with your horse.
All of our horsemanship lessons begin on the ground, learning safety, and communication through body language that your horse can understand. The pace at s bar horsemanship is as fast or as slow as you and your horse dictate. No one is in a race and no one is held to a high expectation, it is all about the journey to better horsemanship. It takes the time it takes no more and no less.

We offer horsemanship instruction to children and adults, with or with your own horse. We do have a wonderful school horse available. The instruction does not end when you leave the arena. Horsemanship starts when you first make contact with your horse and continues through to releasing them in the pasture. We work through all thresholds you and your horse may have.
